Ingredients1. Shrimp, boiled and peeled (1lb medium)
2. cooked angel hair pasta (16 ounces)
3. parmigiano-reggiano, grated (1/2c)
4. feta cheese (3/4c)
5. salsa (16 ounces)
6. chopped fresh basil (1/2c) or ground basil (1tsp)
7. plain yogurt (1c)
8. shredded provolone cheese (3/4c)
9. half and half (1c)
10. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley (1/3c)
11. lightly beaten eggs (2)
12. butter (1tbsp)
13. oregano (1tsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a pan, grease it with butter. Take a bowl of medium size, mix provolone cheese, feta cheese, oregano, Italian parsley, yogurt, eggs, basil, half and half in it. Mix all these ingredients properly.
2. Place half of the pasta on the greased pan and add half of the shrimp and then pour the salsa over it. Now add the left over pasta over it to cover the mixture and then put the mixture of egg over the pasta.
3. Add left over shrimp and salsa on the top and then spread the parmigiano-reggiano cheese over it. Now place the pan in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes. Take it out from oven and keep it for 10 minutes and then serve it.
