Ingredients
1 ½ l | water |
1 kg | medium shrimps, fresh |
200 g | celery, finely chopped |
500 g | pineapple chunks, drained |
10 g | raisins |
15 g | mayonaise |
2 tsp | curry powder |
4 slice(s) | Pita bread pockets |
4 | large lettuce leaves |
Instructions
Cook shrimps in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimps turn pink. Drain and rinse with cold water. Peel shrimps and combine shrimps with remaining ingredients.Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a Pita bread.
