shrimp and orange canap s recipe details
Ingredients
3 | oranges |
salt and pepper | |
450 g | shrimp |
1 bunch(es) | dill |
5 slice(s) | white bread |
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | cocktail sauce |
some | iceberg lettuce leaves |
Instructions
Peel and fillet the oranges. Collect the juice and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the shrimp in the juice for 15 minutes, then drain. Chop most of the dill, set aside one sprig for garnishing.Thinly spread the bread with mayonnaise, then quarter the slices. Combine the remaining mayonnaise with the cocktail sauce, shrimp, orange fillets and the chopped dill. Wash and spin-dry the lettuce. Place a lettuce leaf on each bread and evenly divide the shrimp and orange mixture on the lettuce leaves.
Serve on a platter, garnished with the remaining dill.
