Shrimp and chicken tenders in a white wine sauce is served over pasta, with a sweet white wine accompaniment.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 12 chicken tenders
- 12 shrimp, 30-70 count per pound, washed and deveined
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 pound pasta
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. In a large saute pan, heat the olive oil and saute bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and red onion for 5 minutes. Add chicken tenders and saute until browned on both sides. Add shrimp and continue sauteing. Add salt and fresh ground pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the white wine, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve over pasta. Serve with a good sweet white wine.
