Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 4 cups hot cooked rice or spaghetti
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
2. Add soup, water, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Add shrimp. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve over rice.
