Ingredients
Serves: 1- Ice
- 1 slice of orange, halved
- 4 ounces sherry, Amontillado or fino
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Club soda, optional
- Fruit (raspberries and/or another slice of orange) for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Place the orange in the shaker, then pour in the sherry and add the sugar. Shake vigorously, then pour into a tall glass. Top with a splash of club soda (optional). Garnish with fruit. Traditionally served with a straw.
