Serves: 4- 1 pound venison tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices and pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 2 cups crushed saltines
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. In a pie tin, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Dip venison cutlets in this mixture, then dredge in the saltines; repeat a second time for each cutlet.
