Ingredients
1 kg | broccoli florets |
½ | red bell pepper, chopped |
2 tsp | sesame seeds, toasted |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | water |
2 tsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | fresh grated ginger, |
1 tsp | brown mustard |
Instructions
Boil or steam vegetables for 4-5 minutes, do not overcook them.While vegetables cook, heat up the soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger and mustard in a small sauce pan.
Pour sauce over drained vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix.
