Ingredients
3 medium | eggs |
100 g | cane sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
200 g | wholegrain semolina |
1 tsp | grated lemon rind |
500 g | raspberries, halved |
200 ml | milk |
some | lemon balm |
some | butter |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, 75g sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and lemon zest until foamy.
Pour the batter into 6 buttered baking dishes à 200ml. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, bring the milk almost to a boil. Remove the baking dishes from the oven. Pour some hot milk into each of the baking dishes and bake for 5 more minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the berries and the remaining sugar.
Top the semolina casseroles with the berry mixture, garnish with lemon balm and serve.
