Ingredients1. Jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined (1 pound)
2. minced garlic (3cloves)
3. tomato puree (1can or 28 ounce)
4. freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/4c)
5. cooked linguini (1pound)
6. red pepper flakes (a pinch)
7. freshly chopped basil (1tbsp)
8. squid (calamari), cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces (1)
9. uncooked lobster tail, cut into 1-inch pieces (1)
10. tomato paste (1can or 6 ounce)
11. olive oil (2tbsp)
12. diced onion (1small)
Method of preparation
1. Take a sauce pan of medium size; place it over medium high heat. Heat olive oil in it and then saute garlic and onion in it until they get soft. Add tomato paste and tomato puree in it. Keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes. Cook it uncovered.
2. After five minutes of cooking add pieces of lobster tail and then after about two minutes add jumbo shrimp and calamari in it. Cook it for about 2 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and basil in it.
3. Take a serving dish, place cooked linguini in it and then place the mixture of calamari over it and then serve it by sprinkle the cheese over it.
