Ingredients
70 g | Cheddar cheese, roughly grated |
4 | eggs |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
4 tbsp | pine nuts, toasted |
1 tbsp | butter |
salt and pepper | |
½ bunch(es) | rocket |
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and stir in the cheese.In a pan, heat some butter and sauté the onions until lucent. Add eggs and cheese. Stir gently and cook until slightly set, but still creamy. Season with pepper.
