Ingredients:
1 cup pear nectar
1 cup peach nectar
1 cup apricot nectar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 ripe banana, peeled
Four 1/2-inch thick slices pineapple
4 sprigs mint leaf
Instructions:

“I used to serve orange juice for breakfast, but found that a lot of my guests were bored with it. So I came up with this recipe and now I always put a big pitcher of it out on the table. . . and there’s never a drop left!” …Victoria Farmer

In a blender, place the 4 fruit juices and blend them together. Add the banana and blend it in. Into each of four individual drinking glasses, pour the ambrosia. Garnish each serving with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.
