Ingredients
8 medium | eggs |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | caviar |
4 slice(s) | toast |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.In a pan melt the butter. Pour in the eggs and stir over low heat until set. Stir in the caviar.
Place the toast slices on serving plates and top with the scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
