|1 tsp||quick yeast|
|400 g||strong white flour|
Add all ingredients to the bread pan in the order they are listed, select basic bake, light crust, size according to manufacturer handbook when you normally use 400g flour.
If your bread maker states to put the liquid in first, just reverse the order on the recipe.
