Ingredients
500 g | lean lamb or pork, cut into stripes |
½ cup(s) | olive oil |
½ cup(s) | lemon juice |
1 tsp | paprika powder, chili powder and spices of your choice |
1 cup(s) | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | tomato paste |
150 g | grated cheese |
oil for frying |
Instructions
Mix oil, lemon juice, your spices and the meat and let it steep for a while. Then heat some oil in a skillet and fry the meat until crispy.Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan assited.
Mix the cream with the tomato paste and season to taste with the spices.
Transfer the meat into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with the cream mixture and bake for about 15 minutes.
Serve with Pita bread.
