Ingredients

500 g lean lamb or pork, cut into stripes
½ cup(s) olive oil
½ cup(s) lemon juice
1 tsp paprika powder, chili powder and spices of your choice
1 cup(s) whipping cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
150 g grated cheese
oil for frying

Instructions

Mix oil, lemon juice, your spices and the meat and let it steep for a while. Then heat some oil in a skillet and fry the meat until crispy.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan assited.

Mix the cream with the tomato paste and season to taste with the spices.

Transfer the meat into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with the cream mixture and bake for about 15 minutes.

Serve with Pita bread.
