Scalloped Artichokes recipe
- Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- Two 15-ounce cans artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1/8 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- Dash Tabascopepper sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 can sour cream
- 10 crackers, crumbled
Instructions:
Saute onion and pepper with butter; add artichokes and seasonings. Place in casserole dish. Beat egg and sour cream together and pour over artichokes. Cover with crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
