Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
5 Tablespoons butter
Two 15-ounce cans artichoke hearts (drained)
1/8 teaspoon sweet basil
1/8 teaspoon thyme
Dash Tabascopepper sauce
1 egg
1 can sour cream
10 crackers, crumbled

Saute onion and pepper with butter; add artichokes and seasonings. Place in casserole dish. Beat egg and sour cream together and pour over artichokes. Cover with crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
