- Ingredients: (per serving)
- 1 piece of bacon
- 2 scallops
- 1 Tablespoon of crab cake filling
Instructions:
Use the Crab Cake recipe.You can alter the recipe with the addition of finely chopped green, yellow, and red bell peppers; finely chopped Vermont Cheddar cheese; and additional herbs and seasonings.
Layer scallops around crab cake filling, wrap with one piece of bacon. Bake in a 350-degree oven about 20 minutes until the bacon is thoroughly cooked.
