Savoury Party Muffins recipe

|For the dough:|
|2 tsp||baking powder|
|100 g||curd cheese|
|For the filling:|
|2||bell peppers, yellow and red, diced|
|1 stalk(s)||leek, diced|
|50 g||sun-dried tomatoes, chopped|
|100 g||ham, diced|
|For the sauce:|
|300 g||crème fraîche|
|120 g||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
|1 tsp||paprika powder|
|salt and pepper|
|1 dash(es)||Worcestershire sauce|
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for the dough. Knead until well combined. Roll out the dough and cut out rounds with a glass. Line buttered muffin forms with the dough.
In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onions. Add the bell peppers and the leek and cook stirring for some minutes. Allow to cool. Fill the vegetables into two bowls. To one bowl add the sun-dried tomatoes and to the other bowl the ham. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a separate bowl, mix together the Crème fraîche, cheese, egg and paprika powder. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chili powder. Mix until well combined. Pour half of the mixture into the sund-ried tomato mixture and the other half into the ham mixture.
Fill half of the muffin forms with the sun-dried tomato filling and the other half with the ham filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
