Serves: 8- 4 bacon slices
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. In a glass bowl, combine vegetables and water. Cover with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 13 to 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon. Set on paper towels to drain. When it’s cool enough, crumble it.
