- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green and red peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 package of 8 crescent rolls
- 1 egg beaten
Brown sausage with chopped vegetable. Drain, add cream cheese and cook until cheese melts. Spread crescent rolls on well-greased cookie sheet. Pat flat. Spread sausage mixture on dough leaving enough on sides to overlap crisscrossed. Brush with well-beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serves: 8 (depends upon width of slice).
