1 | onion |
1 | bell pepper |
1 | courgette |
2 | carrots |
1 tbsp | ketchup |
1 clove(s) | garlic |

Instructions
In a saucepan, heat some oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add the sausages and cook stirring for a minute. Add the vegetables and cook for another minute. Deglaze with 100 ml of water and simmer until the vegetables are done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Stir in a tablespoon of ketchup and season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve with crusty bread.
