Ingredients

Serves: 2
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles (1 bag)
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) cream of mushroom soup
  • dash Salt and pepper

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Boil water and begin cooking egg noodles. I
2. n a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, brown Italian sausage until just cooked. Add mushrooms and saute with sausage for a couple minutes.
3. Add sour cream and mushroom soup mix. Stir and heat until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat.
4. Drain egg noodles.
5. Serve sausage mix over noodles. Enjoy!Tip

Fresh Italian sausage in a tube (eg Jimmy Dean, ect) works well for this recipe.
