After a short dip in a soy/curry/lemon/garlic mix, salmon is grilled to perfection in 10 minutes. A fast summer weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Rub salmon with lemon juice, garlic powder, and curry powder. Pour soy sauce, butter, and Worcestershire into a large resealable plastic bag; add salmon, seal, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove salmon from the marinade and place on grill. Close lid and cook for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Serve.
