Sausage Puffs recipe

- 1 can croissants
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 5 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 eggs white
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
Spread 1/2 of the croissant pieces on a greased cookie sheet. Fry the sausage and add cream cheese while still warm; stir. Spread sausage mix over croissant dough and cover with other 1/2 of croissant pieces. Crimp edges to make a neat roll. Rub egg white over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Variations: You can also stuff the croissant dough with a mixture of scrambled eggs, artichoke hearts, and cream cheese. You can also use eggs, bacon, or whatever else you’d like.
