Prinzess potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
½ kg | potaotes |
4 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | Gouda cheese, grated |
1 large | egg |
1 | egg yolk |
salt and pepper | |

1 | egg, beaten |
Instructions
Cook and peel the potatoes. Press through a potato ricer into a bowl.Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Whisk the butter until foamy. Stir in the cheese, the large egg, egg yolk, a pinch of salt and the potato mash. Knead until well combined. Season with pepper and transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Coat a baking tray with butter and sprinkle with the flour. Squeeze rosettes of the potato mixture onto the baking tray. Brush with beaten egg and bake until golden.
