Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 (12 ounce) package pork sausage
- 1 pound frozen Ore-Ida(R) Tater Tots
- 1 (10 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups soup crackers, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until cooked through. Place sausage in baking dish.
3. Cover sausage with green beans, then tater tots. In small bowl, combine canned soups; spread over the potatoes.
4. Crumble crackers on top of casserole and bake for 1 hour.
