Ingredients
Serves: 10- 2 pounds cooked chicken
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cheese soup (Cheddar or Nacho Fiesta)
- Corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 15 mins | Extra time: 15 mins1. Mix all ingredients except tortillas together in a slow cooker. Cook for 1 hour on high.
2. Add corn tortillas (tear into bite-sized pieces). Cook an additional 30 minutes.
