Ingredients
200 g | frying sausages, sliced |
150 g | cabanossi, sliced |
150 g | pork sausages, sliced |
5 | eggs |
500 ml | milk |
3 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
400 g | pasta |
1 tbsp | oil |
nutmeg | |
2 tbsp | cold butter flakes |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the sausages for some minutes.
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the milk. Stir in the parsley and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
In a buttered casserole dish, mix together the pasta and the sausages. Pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and divide the butter flakes on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
