Ingredients
2 | apples, peeled, cored, and cut into small dices |
500 g | sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry |
4 stalk(s) | celery |
1 | onion |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
300 g | breadcrumbs |
butter |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, stir-fry onion and celery in some butter at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add apples, sauerkraut, salt and pepper and cook stirring for another 10 minutes.Remove from heat and mix with breadcrumbs and parsley until well combined.
