|1 medium||red onion, finely chopped|
|3 tbsp||chicken broth|
|250 g||tomatoes, chopped|
|2 tbsp||fresh basli leaves, chopped|
|1 tbsp||cider vinegar|
|1 tsp||fresh oregano leaves, minced|
Pour stock in a saucepan and sautee onions and celery over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano and vinegar. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
Serve with cabbage.
