Ingredients
1 stalk(s) | celery, diced |
1 medium | red onion, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | chicken broth |
250 g | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh basli leaves, chopped |
1 tbsp | cider vinegar |
1 tsp | fresh oregano leaves, minced |
Instructions
Pour stock in a saucepan and sautee onions and celery over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano and vinegar. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.Serve with cabbage.
