Ingredients
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
120 ml | chicken broth |
60 ml | single cream |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | parsley, minced |
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour. Gradually pour in broth and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Stir in mustard and parsley and heat through.
Serve sauce with chicken.
