|240 g||canned sardines, drained and mashed|
|90 g||cream cheese|
|1||hard boiled egg, mashed|
|1 tbsp||onions, minced|
|½ tsp||lemon rind, grated|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|parsley, to garnish|
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, lemon rind, onions, egg and sardines. Add lemon juice and cream, stirring constantly, until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Season to taste with garlic salt, garnish with parsley and serve at once.
