Ingredients
240 g | canned sardines, drained and mashed |
90 g | cream cheese |
1 | hard boiled egg, mashed |
1 tbsp | onions, minced |
½ tsp | lemon rind, grated |
2 tbsp | cream |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
garlic salt | |
parsley, to garnish |
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, lemon rind, onions, egg and sardines. Add lemon juice and cream, stirring constantly, until a smooth consistency is obtained.Season to taste with garlic salt, garnish with parsley and serve at once.
