Ingredients

1  boneless turkey breast
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
125 ml apple jelly
125 ml barbecue sauce

Instructions

Rub turkey roast all over with salt and chilli powder. Sprinkle minced garlic over roast.

Place roast in a large skillet.

Combine jelly and barbecue sauce.

Simmer covered for 30 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes. Remove from skillet and let rest 10 minutes. Simmer sauce over medium heat foe 5 to 10 minutes.

Carve roast and serve with sauce.
