- Ingredients
- Salsa
- Grated cheese (your preference)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Spray 3 souffle dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of dishes with salsa. Put one kitchen spoon of grated cheese into dish. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now). Beat eggs and milk. Pour evenly into dishes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
