Ingredients
3 piece(s) | Italian hot sausages (uncooked) |
100 g | diced bacon |
1 pack(s) | anchovies |
150 g | goat cheese |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 packet(s) | Pomodoro passato (or 1 tin of Pelati) |
200 ml | sour cream |
some | fresh basil |
some | whipping cream |
salt | |
pepper | |
paprika | |
rosmarin | |
some | olive oil |
Instructions
Take the skin off the sausages and chop the meat. Fry the sausage meat, garlic and diced bacon in a little olive oil.Add the chopped anchovies and season to taste. Go easy on the salt as the anchovies and the sausages are salted already. A
dd the tomatoes and let cook for 30 minutes.
Then add the goat cheese and let it melt. When cheese has melted add the sour cream, if needed add some whipping cream, add the herbs and serve with spaghetti.
