Ingredients
4 slice(s) | salmon fillet, approx. 200g each |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tbsp | herb butter |
lemon juice |
Instructions
Heat the herb butter. Sprinkle the salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice and sauté in the butter over low heat from both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with fresh baguette.
