Salmon croquettes recipe

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can salmon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins
1. In a large bowl, mix salmon and all the rest of ingredients together; mix well. Fry in oil over medium heat, about 3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
