Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 (1 pound) can salmon, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 teapoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon grated or finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Extra time: 3 hours, chilling1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. Form into a ball.
2. Put walnuts in a shallow pan. Roll the salmon ball in the walnuts, then wrap in plastic wrap.
3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then serve with crackers, vegetables, or toasted baguette slices.
