Ingredients

24 slice(s)	rye bread
2 tbsp	butter
1 tsp	dried dill
120 g	Gouda cheese, sliced
4	plum tomatoes
1 tbsp	Dijon mustard

Instructions

Brush 1 side of each bread slice with butter.

Place 12 bread slices, buttered side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with mustard and sprinkle with dill weed.

Top with cheese, tomato and remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

Broil for 1-3 minutes on each side.

To serve, cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
