Rosemary oil marinade recipe details
Ingredients
250 ml | olive oil |
200 g | fresh rosemary leaves |
Instructions
Let the fresh rosemary wilt a bit, then crush them with a rolling pin.Put crushed rosemary in a sterilized jar and pour the oil over. Seal the jar and place it near a warm stove or on a sunny windowsill.
Shake the jar once or twice a day for 2 weeks.
Use immediately to marinate vegetables before grilling.
