Ingredients
4 each small zucchini and summer squash, cut in small strips
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Spay on vegetable oil
Instructions:

Put zucchini and squash in a large bowl and toss with remaining ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil.

Bake about 20 minutes in 400-degree oven.

Serves:6
