A warm dip for garlic lovers–or just anyone who likes flavor on their crackers.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 whole garlic bulbs, papery skin peeled off
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 plum tomatoes, quartered
- 8 ounces onion and chive cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teapsoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 10 mins, cooling1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
2. Use a sharp knife to cut off the tops of the garlic bulbs. Drizzle with oil and wrap individually in foil; place in the prepared baking pan. Add tomatoes to the pan and drizzle with oil.
3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until garlic bulbs have softened and browned. Let cool, then remove the cloves from garlic skin. Chop tomatoes. Cool slightly.
4. Combine garlic, tomatoes, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Stir well. Serve with crackers.
