Ingredients
1 tbsp | ground chili powder |
1 tbsp | paprika |
1 tbsp | cumin powder |
1 tbsp | coriander, ground |
1 tbsp | garlic powder |
1 tbsp | onion powder |
1 tbsp | salt |
½ tsp | mustard powder |
½ tsp | allspice, ground |
½ tsp | thyme leaves, dried |
½ tsp | curry powder |
½ tsp | pepper |
½ tsp | annato powder |
Instructions
Where ever possible, grind the spices fresh for a better quality of this mix.Combine everything in a good sealing jar. Mix the jar and keep in a dry, cool place.
Rub on meat before grilling or mix with some oil and fresh lemon juice for a marinade.
