Ingredients
1 head(s) | cauliflower, washed and cut into florets |
100 ml | olive oil |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well until cauliflower is coated well with oil.
Transfer to baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Roast 35–45 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes during the last 15 minutes. Cauliflower should be dark brown but not burnt.
