Cauliflower and Potatoe Mash recipe

|250 g||potatoes, peeled and diced|
|1 head(s)||cauliflower, diced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Cook the potatoes and the cauliflower in salted water until done, then drain.
Combine the cooked potatoes and cauliflower with milk and butter and mash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
