Pizza so good you may never have the tomato-based kind again. Anything that includes bourbon, beef, and cheese will have a hard time being bad.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
- 3/4 cup French onion dip
- 1/4 pound sliced deli roast beef, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 40 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Add onion and sprinkle with brown sugar. Turn heat down to low and cook for about 30 minutes, until deeply browned, then add vinegar, garlic, and bourbon. Cook for another 5 minutes to reduce vinegar and bourbon.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and set crust on a baking sheet.
3. Top crust with French onion dip as the sauce, then distribute cooked onions, roast beef, and cheeses on top
4. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cheeses melt and turn bubbly. Slice and serve.
