Rice with zucchini tomatoes and corn recipe details
Ingredients
140 g | rice |
1 small | zucchini, grated |
200 g | tomatoes, chopped |
200 g | corn |
50 ml | vegetable broth |
400 ml | water |
Instructions
Heat water until boiling. Add vegetable broth, rice and grated zucchini and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.When done, add chopped tomtaoes and corn and mix well.
Serve warm or cold.
