Rice stew with peas and beef mince recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | oil |
500 g | ground beef |
5 | onions, chopped |
250 g | rice |
750 ml | beef stock |
100 g | tomato puree |
300 g | peas, frozen |
salt and pepper | |
hot paprika powder | |
dried oregano |
Instructions
In a pressure cooker fry the meat in oil until browned and crumbly. Add onions, salt, pepper, tomato purée and basil and cook stirring for a minute. Add rice, stock and paprika powder. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 7 minutes.Release the pressure, remove the lid and stir in the peas. Leave on the hob for 5 minutes and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
