Presidente vincent cocktail recipe details
Supposedly named after the Haitian president who was running Haiti in the 1930s. The cocktail is more or less the original daquiri, with the addition of dry vermouth.

Ingredients
Serves: 1- Ice
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- ½ teaspoon superfine sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in rum, vermouth, and lime juice. Add sugar, and shake. Strain into chilled glass. (Rim the glass with sugar if you like.)
